If anyone's going to see Minions over the weekend remember and stay until after the credits as there's a fairly long extra scene at the end.

In case you're not aware but there are Minion shorts on ITV2 6.05pm this Saturday.
Its just a 15 minute slot between Ant & Dec and A Cinderella Story so its a set your recorders job. Its too easy to miss it otherwise.

Managed to catch it at a preview showing Wednesday night on the superscreen at the new Cineworld in the Silverburn shopping centre, Glasgow. Fantastic cinema with a huge screen and the most comfortable seats that I've sat on in a cinema. The cinema opens to the public today.
Didn't think that Minions was as good as Dispicable Me but it still has plenty of laughs. Would recommend catching it in 3D and on a large screen as the 3D was terrific.
Kids will absolutely love it, and I don't imagine that their parents will be bored either.
All hail Kevin, Bob and Stuart.

That about sums it up well. The after credit scene is one of the best bits. I think I prefer the minions when they are all together. And I didn't think Sandra Bullock's voice fitted the character, I wish Alison Janney had been Scarlett Overkill.
The plot is barely scraped together for this, but then I can't even remember what Despicabe Me 2 is about either.

I agree that the story is not that solid but the characters make this spin-off still enjoyable. There were some geniunely funny moments and I plan to watch this again this weekend. 7.5/10.
Definitely stay right to the end of the credits as there is an entertaining sequence.

I would agree, the humour was patchy with the most of laughs being when all the minions were together as a group.
