3. Internet access required. Claimants must also have a valid and active email address to participate in this promotion. No postal entries will be accepted.

4. Start date for receipt of movie ticket claims is 10th May 2010 and the closing date is midnight on 2nd August 2010.

5. Promotional packs will be available in-store until 4th July 2010. Subject to availability and retailer stock orders.

6. To participate, claimants must p*rchase promotional 6-packs from the Müllerlight® yogurt range and collect the required number of Unique Reference Numbers (“URNs”) to redeem in exchange for movie tickets to see the Sex and the City 2 movie. One URN can be found in each of the following Müllerlight® 6-pack formats: Red Fruits; Toffee and Vanilla; and Chocolate Sprinkles.

7. Claimants must visit the promotion website www.mullerlightsexandthecity2.co.uk and register their details by entering their name, delivery address, email address and date of birth. Claimants must enter the required number of URNs from leaflets found inside promotional packs to claim the movie ticket(s):

4 URNs = 1 movie ticket
8 URNs = 2 movie tickets

8. Claimants can use the online URN saving system after registering 1 URN on the promotion website and redeem the number of movie tickets desired once the relevant number of URNs have been ‘banked’. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the Promoter by the claimant in the application.

10. To redeem movie tickets, claimants will be asked to select an “Independent” or “Cineworld” cinema. Claimants that choose “Cineworld” will be sent a code via email from Cineworld within 2 hours of submission that may only be redeemed online at www.cineworld.co.uk at the time of booking. Claimants that choose “Independent” will receive a physical ticket via recorded post within 14 days of submission. 11. Cineworld movie tickets are valid for 4 weeks from issue. Independent cinema movie tickets are valid until 31.08.10. Movie tickets are only valid for a viewing of the Sex and the City 2 movie. Participating cinemas will not redeem the movie ticket against any other film. Movie tickets permit standard entry only and exclude any premium, private or special screenings. Movie tickets are valid at participating Cineworld cinemas (excluding London West End, Chelsea, Fulham Road and Shaftesbury Avenue) and a number of Independent cinemas (please visit the website www.mullerlightsexandthecity2.co.uk for a full list of participating cinemas). Admission to any Cineworld cinema is subject to Cineworld Cinema’s Standard Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.cineworld.co.uk/terms. Admission to any Independent cinema is subject to that cinema’s terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, claimants agree to be bound by such terms and conditions. Participating cinemas reserve the right to remove screenings or change screening schedules of the movie at any time. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value to a standard movie ticket in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without notice should the promotion be affected by circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

14. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or use of any movie ticket. The Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the movie ticket offer (including, but not limited to, Warner Bros; P&MM Limited; Cineworld Cinemas; and Independent Cinemas) and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party. The Promoter will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of third party obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a claim for movie tickets if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the claimant has breached any of the terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Photocopied movie tickets, damaged movie tickets or movie tickets/codes which cinemas suspect may have been fraudulently produced, will not be accepted. Instructions printed in hard copy or online form part of these terms and conditions.

I found this in my mailbox.

I believe this relates to the offer we had on 27.04, when we had two ONE pound offers on the same day from wowcher and kgbdeals

It is with regret that I have to inform you that we are unable to source the Sex and the City 2 cinema tickets. Prior to offering the tickets we had, we believed, found a supplier of as many tickets as might be required. The offer of supply has been withdrawn for various legal reasons. Despite our best efforts to find an alternative supplier we have been unable to do so. I know you must be very disappointed and to try and cheer you up we are giving everybody who requested tickets a free £3 voucher to use towards any other offers at www.wowcher.co.uk
Your £3 voucher code is: ....
Best regards
The Wowcher Team
