Not Receiving Email Alerts

As the site owner doesn't appear to have fixed the problem, can Admin please delete the post for American Epic Sessions in the hope that stops all the alerts?

Well last night something different happened with the timings of the alerts.
11.02pm
12.03am
1.04am
2.09am
3.40am
4.42am
5.44am
6.44am
7.45am
8.45am
9.45am

So the timings have slipped by 43 minutes overnight. If AYBG tried option 2 that I pm'ed him yesterday and this is all that happened, then its time to look at option 1 seriously.

Is the time slip not just down to individual email servers though? The notifications I've been getting were never as clockwork as yours (didn't even receive 1/3 of them) but just assumed I was in a different place in the queue and my email provider was also adding handling time.

I've just received a whole slew of old email alerts for various threads including alerts for pm's. Anyone else receive them too?

Things are looking hopeful. My last alert was at 11.58am and nothing since. That's 1 hr 40 mins.

Such a bizarre problem. Clearly I triggered something. I half-wonder whether the board is dumbly trying to correct for undelivered emails, but sending the wrong ones.

Anyway, I hope it's fixed now. Let me know if you receive any more repeats.

Well, I just posted 2 FF posts and they both managed to make it to confirmation and show the post. Previously it timed out before that could happen so here's hoping that everyone gets their alert. I, of course, won't get an alert as I posted them.

I got an alert. And pretty quickly, usually for the few times I have received an alert over the last few months it's several minutes after the posting time.

edit: time on the email is 2:48pm so a few minutes but not like 15-20 it has been
