Hi everyone as its now 2016 we need to make a decision on place and date so that for those of us travelling we can get the best deals. Are we thinking the usual March/ April time but avoiding school holidays etc?

I am going to stick my neck out here! So who voted for London? Mostly Londoners? Since there will always be more FMUK Londoners, London will always win if that option is available. ;)

FMUKCON should be held in a different place, every year. I am going to vote for no voting for London :sofa: However, perhaps, we could put in a proviso, that it be held in the most popular locations, every 5 years, so that it can come back to London. Never say never! :shifty:

If Londoners wanted to meet up, I am happy to organise a regional one. ;)

I think the majority is clear and has to be respected. There ought to be a London one but there is nothing to say one couldn't be held somewhere else as well, so people have a bit of a choice. And the really social ones could come to both!

Personally, I am not available between 5 - 12 March, but should be ok otherwise.

Sadly I cannot commit to coming to FMUKCON this year though that could change as time moves on so I won't vote for a venue but I will keep watching to keep up with the details.

March is out as Beate can't do the 5th-12th, and Diane65 can't do 19 March and then it is Easter Weekend.
