Thanks Beate, good tip! It's swings and roundabouts though, walk to Bank (which is a nightmare to navigate to the DLR platform) or walk to Tower Gateway and jump on the DLR, as changing trains at Westferry is no hard deal, it is on the same platform! Your choice!

hehe, personally I hate Bank station, as you could go round and round in circles and not get anywhere, even as a local, I get totally lost! Only saying.
