You know on the tickets it says "PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR TIMES+ MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH YOU TO THE CINEMA ALONG WITH THIS BOOKING RESERVATION," sh are you sure they won't check for the card??? I mean so many people will be there without the card so most likely to check, right?

I know alot of people said they hardly ever check but considering it's such a big film, I would have thought they would be quite strict....

Didn't Times do the UP screening last year too at Empire....They always do these screenings in the Big Empire 1 screen anyway, they never have enough time to check Times cards, ID's or even the printouts etc. They have a clicker for the number of people coming in, but Empire screen 1 always has enough space for everyone...(and now of course I am going to have to eat my words next Sun...haha)
Talking about Empire, I stupidly went last Friday night for the Collector screening and it's next Friday!! I think I need a holiday, but apparently I wasn't the only person who stupidly turned up on the wrong Friday.

lol you are absolutely halarious - this is the sort of behaviour you expect from someone like me!

Yeh they did do up in the air but saying that, at that point you just needed the newspaper cutting. The whole times plus card came out way later afterwards when the newspaper cutting was no longer required. I'll still give it ago but if they turn us away,I won't be suprised - only thing is I'm taking my friends little brother and friends with us and he's grown up with it so is very excited about it - it's not so much about us bring turned down but rather saying no to the kid!

Don't worry I am pretty sure they are not going to check a few hundred times plus cards considering the capacity of the place and everyone's going to come around the same time! I've seen quite a few screenings there, I would say Empire is the most relaxed about ID and things like that

I agree! They are really relax at the Empire. o/ They never ever even look at my print-outs - they just wave me in when I offer my print outs, and then click on their counter to keep a tally of how many people enter. I am taking my 7 year old niece and 8 year old nephew, and their mum.

LOL, it's unfortunate there have to be so many kids at a kid's film! :P
