I'm glad Get Out was my first Odeon Scream Unseen. I found this film highly disturbing and also funny. I love the fact that it's not a typical horror film, more social horror which tackles race relation issues head on. This is something very rarely tackled in this genre. The pace of the film came across as slow but I think it was required to fully appreciate what Peele was trying to portray when highlighting the issues in the film. Apparently some of these issues had been experienced by Peele first hand. It's an excellent film and I look forward to all the other films Peele has in the pipeline.

9/10

I really liked this, gets increasingly more creepy and well-acted.

My only criticism is that it had scope to go up another couple of notches at the end.

I came into this thinking it was a Horror film but was not disappointed when it turned out to be more of a thriller. The story was original and I liked the way it moved through the story effortlessly. 8/10 for me. Look forward to seeing more of what the director can do in the future.

Loved the suspense in this social racial horror thriller.

Few subtle twists and turns even had me on the edge of my seat. Highly recommend for those with a like for a real screenplay.

I saw this film with my sister. We both enjoyed it. The suspense was good, and have recommended it.

Watched this recently, a refreshing film in the suspense/horror genre, completely original storyline. It really plays on some people worst fears and mirrors racial tensions which can exist in society.
