Seemed to end rather abruptly without any conclusion to story

Saw this in Norway a few months back, the only stuff I got, because of subtitles, were scenes with Toby Jones and Huppert, but context clues helped me realise the rest of it was tedious 'perfect wealthy family all are unhappy and self-destructive' stuff. It's Haneke, for sure, but almost parodying himself with the tedium and overt awful people in the film.
Not funny, not compelling.
