And here are the results for the participants of the FMUK Fat Loss Progress Project! Well done to everyone, some of us have made fantastic progress.
You will all notice I now added a Cummulative Loss column. Just take a look at everyone's progress since we started. Incredible. Well done everyone
Allsinging, I start with you not because you have not made any fat loss this fortnight, but for the fact that you have worked hard to lose it and much like the England Footballers, remain undefeated (ie you didnt gain)

So England are anaylsing why the hell they are not scoring goals. They're not losing games, and thats important because they would have been out by now. Just as you have not gained any weight. But they have to analyse why their hard work building up to the World Cup has resulted in lacklustre efforts. Just as you have to analyse why your hard work has not resulted in you losing weight this fortnight. Its absolutely fine. I tell you why.
So I think England needs some shock to their system, a jolt to snap them out of the mental rot/tiredness. Its the same for our bodies. We all reach a plataue when our bodies get use to the same routine AND diet. Time to change the exercise program

And maybe the diet too. Are you including interval training? If not then do it. If you dont know what that is, then let me know, I'll explain and recommend you some routines. Your fat burn metabolism will rise and accelerate your your fat loss. When working out, really focus on it. DOnt watch tv or read magazine whilst on a cardio machine (listen to music is fine, in fact the right kind of beat music can even make you work harder!). Pointless in going to a gym if you dont work hard while you are there. Focus on the the exercise you doing and make it intense. Are you controlling your daily calorie budget? May be decrease a little bit? Have you given yourself a high calorie day to prevent the body going into starvation mode? Are you making sure you dont eat fruits or natural sugar food late in day? Are you keeping the Saturate Fats to a minimum? Those are those the stuff to analyse. But well done overall, you still lost nearly 7lbs since we started!
Diane, 2lbs...you reached your target! With a bad shoulder to boot and apparent self perplexity on how you managed it! But I know you work hard around your obstacles

And you're nearly there, goal is in sight

OK I admit, I honestly dont know how the beleeding heck you do it with your current naughty lifestyle but the chart shows you lost 10lbs since we started just 12 weeks ago, brilliant!
Annej, you're just getting ridiculously amazing..5lbs lost! Needless to say you are joint winner with....ME! But you lost 23lbs since we started this just 12 weeks ago, mind blowing WOW.
As I am now doing a lot more outdoor running, its not surprising I have lost 5lbs in the last fortnight. 23lbs since we started 12 weeks ago and 67lbs since I personally started in November. I am truly feeling like an athlete now and feeling so much younger. Aside from the Great North Run coming up in September, I have also just entered myself into the British 10km Run in London which is in just 3 weeks! Cant wait. I know I can do it because I just ran 9km at 10km/h on Friday and felt great afterwards. So i'm patting myself on the back...very awkwardly, looking like an idiot, good thing no one's watching.
If anyone is interested in doing this high profile run (27000 runners!) in scenic sights of London, places still available to enter:
