Re: The Rebound
I just watched this..... DISAPPOINTMENT!
I really like Justin Bartha, he's definitely the loveable-can-do-no-wrong type of guy in any film he is part of.
Catherine Zeta Jones, erm, no i'm not a fan.
I'm trying to review without spoilers so here it is.
Loose ends, scrappy story, slow to start, unbelievable age-change, and pointless friend sidekickes.
I don't understand why people had enjoyed it, only fun parts were the kids, and how fascinated the young girl was in all things 'medical'
I wouldn't bother wasting my eyes for this 2/10 (and thats 1 each for the kids)

Re: The Rebound
When I used these at Greenwich to book Iron Man 2, the lady tried to turn me away saying the film has to be out for two weeks before I can use them. After informing her that there is no way I am accepting that statement, her manager confirmed that it will be possible to book it so just be weary who you deal with esp at Greenwich. They seem to do as they please and make up their own rules along the way.Beate wrote:Yes, valid for any Vue. They are green and don't say anything about free list suspended.

Re: The Rebound
Just as enjoyable the third time round, and lovely to see 5rannoch again!
However, if ever there was someone I wanted to say "zip it you twerp" to with all my heart it was tonight! Thoroughly annoying chatty couple in front, who, upon shushed by me, actually turned round and shouted at me to shut up!
8.5/10 nevertheless

Re: The Rebound
Saw this in Edinburgh tonight and nice to see Biggins and her friend too. Enjoyed our catch up.
Film was not as good as I expected it to be. Bit slow but happy I saw it anyway and nice to see Art Garfunkel tho he does seem to have aged.
Always like watching Catherine Zeta Jones can't believe she always looks so young.

Re: The Rebound
Sorry Beate couldn't watch this a second time never mind a third time!! I was so looking forward to this but have to agree with Marjoreemarjora that I also found it slow in places. Only the kids made it watchable. 6/10Beate wrote:Just as enjoyable the third time round, and lovely to see 5rannoch again!
