It's working now! Interesting to see lots of tickets available for the Heat code for Heartbreaker. Goes to show most of the tickets are taken up normally by people using FMUK/MSE etc rather than the average Heat reader I think...

Hi! I'm new to these boards, and I hope this is the right place to ask about Seeflimfirst tickets.

It's the first time I've got tickets from Seeflimfirst for a flim, but what do I do next?
The ticket has my name, cinema address, Picture of the flim,+ how many to admit, but has no bar codes or reference numbers; however, do I need to exchange them for real tickets at the cinema before they show the flim? Also, if I just only need to bring the printed ticket (on A4 paper), can I print it off in colour or would a simple black/white print out will do? I don't want the cinema staff to turn me away when I come on the day!

And before I forget, does the printed ticket with my name guarantees me a seat at the cinema (is there a check list of names?), or is it first come first served bases to find a seat on the day? Sorry to ask these basic questions as it's my first time and Seeflimfirst does not give enough information on these matters! Many thanks for your help in advance!

You don't need a barcode, you don't need to exchange for real tickets and there will be no guest list, you just show to the usher and are let in. Black and white will certainly do. You are never guaranteed a seat, it is always first come first served, but it is rare that a film is totally oversubscribed. Just remember to be there half an hour before to guarantee a good seat, and there will in most case be no adverts or trailers before so DO NOT BE LATE. It annoys the heck out of people.

They did this to me a while ago, had to rejoin and stuff. Since then, I've completely stopped receiving codes via email!!! :(

And I use to give feedback all the time! Sad to see it happening to you guys too!

I always give feedback - they've dumped me this week. I must re-register - pronto.
However, unlike a_person, I have never received a code from seefilmfirst until the world and his wife had received it before me.
