Was there a plan to screen this film in the worst screens in the cinemas???
I went to Odeon Swansea and it seems to have been in a similar setting to what others had elsewhere!! Screen small - hardly any incline with the rows, with added joy of a screen with marks on it. Really annoying at times.
Also, I'm 5'2" and the guy sitting in front was the size of the Hulk (OK just a little exaggeration) I had to keep moving around to see the screen.
So cinema gets 4/10

Film - ooohhhhhh great cinematography, enjoyed the plot lots of
crash, bang whoolop
and thought a passing nod at quite a few films. The head in front of me stopped me from seeing the last moments which were the most important :wall: so keep focused to the end or listen intently like me
9/10

Just read last couple of pages, and hope everyones screen problems didn't detract too much from what was a really good film.

Its exciting, engaging, intelligent and refreshingly doesn't talk down to the viewer and trusts you to keep up with events.

Hard to pick certain bits of the film without spoiling it for others, maybe we should reconvene again in a few weeks when more people have seen it for a spoiler filled chat.

So just to clarify...
Dom is stuck in a dream, probably a third layer dream - dream within a dream within a dream - since his totem keeps spinning at the end of the movie...right? If I got that right then its really, really sad..... :tears:
Central London and North London as far north as the Hampstead Everyman including Picturehouse Hackney/Notting Hill Gate - but not Wood Green and North Finchley as they are just a bit too far.
Yes that was my feeling too. The ending was supposed to be ambiguous I think. Dom starts the top spinning but walks away suggesting he doesn't want to know if he's really awake or not. Although the fact that the top does start to wobble suggests he is awake.
Yahoo movies have quite an interesting comic online that shows the Cobol job mentioned in the film.
I think if anyone would know whether or not they were in a dream, it would be Cobb. I really don't think there's much reason to believe that the ending was ambiguous. Nolan really doesn't work that way. His movies may be a mind f**k, but their conclusions are generally honest. This reminds me of the debate of whether or not Two-Face was dead at the end of TDK.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.
