Our Picturehouse allocated tickets too, but I didn't mind because it meant we we able to book out a row and go off to tesco for twenty minutes.
They also had guys that got us to turn off our phones in front of them. Amusingly, someone in the row in front's phone went off just after we sat down.

They did that to me in Empire Leceister Sq. Except I couldnt find my phone in my handbag so took out my mp3 player pretended that was my phone and switched it off. Guy didn't know any better so didn't say anything.
