Having seen it twice now, i'm convinced it will be a serious contender come the Oscars next year.
A definite contender - I think it's strong point is that everyone does have differing opinions on what was happening and the ending. I love films that leave the opportunity for discussion and thought long after you have seen it.
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.

Lots to figure out after watching the movie!

Wish the top would stopped spinning at the end though.

I was having a think about this film today and I definitely feel like I need to watch it again and maybe p*y attention to the bits where I found it a bit confusing.
Reading some of the reviews, I do agree that an emotional attachment to the characters is somewhat lacking (maybe I confused this for what I perceived as the lack of chemistry between Cobb and his wife). I wasn't particularly rooting for any of the characters. Someone said to me that people are comparing Inception to the way they felt when they first saw the Matrix - I can see the similarities - however I absolutely cared about the outcome and predicament for NEO and the others - didn't really get that for Inception which is a shame.
But I will say something, it is definitely a film that sparks debate and thought, long after viewing. Has there been any talk of a sequel or maybe even a prequel?

I hope they keep it as a stand alone film, but then if it's successful enough who knows.
There is an online comic that shows The Cobol Job referred to in the film though.

I'd like that too, but the reality is, it will make a pile of money and of course they will want to make another pile of money with at least a sequel, and maybe more.

Totally spoiled. This sort of comment should definitely be hidden in a spoiler ClareCc.
