is anybody else having issues with this code for the movie 159335. says error and doesnt print the ticket??

same problem, it says I have redeemed ticket already despite the fact it isn't assigning me the ticket. Think there is an issue with the site

Yes this one is seriously bugged. The ticket does not come up on the screen nor do you get an email confirmation. When you go into your account to view tickets they are listed but when you click on them the picture does not come up. I hope they fix this soon.

Code in mag is 159355. This is wrong. Correct code is 159335
When you choose location and tickets, you then get an error message.
But if you go to Login-edit details, it shows you have booked your tickets.
But when you cick to print tickets, you don't get an image to print.
Nor do you receive an email confirming booking.

See what I mean about complicated!!

Good luck, I hope we all get tickets. If you manage to book tickets, get an image to print and receive a confirmation email please, please, please post in discussion just in case I need to rebook.

When it's fixed, all you have to do is log into your account to view your tickets and reprint them.

I'm having the same issue.

I've sent them off an e-mail but, knowing their response time, it'll probably be fixed by the time I hear anything back!

Thought i was going round the twist..........tried every comy in the office........need 4 for metro centre....2 on my id and 2 on my husbands so we can take our friends! xx
