Junior Apprentice was ok but not long enough to really get to know and despise the characters. Because that's what it's all about, isn't it? Us feeling superior because WE would never make such schoolboy errors, we are nowhere near as irritating as them (in our opinion) or would bitch about each other like that lot (ha ha). After all, this show is not really about finding someone who can add up or sell sausages, it is about marvelling at arrogant people who spout stuff like "Everything I touch turns to sold." :bwl: This is why the mega-irritating people often stay to the end - they are comedy gold.

Its the back stabbing that really shocks me but its all in the name of being 'business minded'. Apart from the strong reactions the characters invoke i love the creativity that is aroused by the challanges. There are some truely great sales people on that show and the insights into how the corporate machines work can save us all from the tricks of dodgy salespeople.

The idea was too ridiculous for me to even entertain. I'm just glad the regular Apprentice is back on. I gotta say, though, Lord Sugar has nowehere near the samering as Suralan.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

Good one tonight, eh? You were probably all at preview screenings but I was ill so I stayed indoors. I have to say, I've never seen so much argument + disagreement as I saw in the girls' group... it was actually quite funny. Do the producers selectively edit the program so we only see the negative bits? (I couldn't really care less, it makes for good telly)
Go ahead, make my day - by visiting my blog: http://jacobthehobnob.wordpress.com/

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

It was more like BB rather than The Apprentice 8O Even the boardroom they kept on arguing and bitching. The right one went I reckon.

Oh no screenings today for me, I actually went back to the gym for the first time in weeks - p*ying for it now though.

Hope you feel better soon
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

I do think there is a lot of editing going on. I am sure that if the other group had lost they would have shown many more negative footage about that group to justify them losing - after all, last week it was a £15 more/less decision and this week the girls very nearly got a huge order from Boots!

We were excited to have a night in tonight. Masterchef followed by The Apprentice. I couldn't believe how petty and loud the girls were. Lord Sugar must have felt like a Dad at a pyjama party. I thought the woman that was fired was completely forgettable and she had made no impact. I would have fired the team leader.

Those girls were fierce!

I think he got rid of the right one because he always seems to look for someone who fights for their place on the apprentice and she lacked the flame the other girls had.
