That is a ridiculously laborious way of doing things indeed! Oh well, hopefully they will come soon.

i complained directly to cineworld as well as to sky and got 3 free tickets sent immediately from cineworld management. then got i the email from sky so gave them my sister's details (as i use her sky id)... you never know we might just get another set of free tickets but not fussed. we were four at the cineworld screening but was pleased to get anything really.

i went to greenwich too, it was alright, it was annoying that it started 3 times, people started walking out by then, do you know when we're supposed to get the free tickets by?

Just received 4 free tickets from Cineworld, with a letter of apology!
I would like to invite you back to Cineworld as my guests with a view to having a more enjoyable experience.
Very good result as I already got 4 from my original complaint to the 02, now these from Sky! But there is no expiry date or terms or conditions. The tickets look made up though with the words WE'RE SORRY - ADMIT ONE - not the usual cinema vouchers. Well I got the letter to back it up.

Ditto. I was very confused at the tickets but yes, we've got the letter.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

I was reading that letter again, and I've got a feeling that they are only for the O2. I hope not as I'm a West Londoner

I'm a South Londoner and it takes me 45 mins to get up there. I'll never do it again unless it's bloody Avatar 2 or that Rush concert coming up in may
