Missing out on the Hoosiers tonight as I can't get in to London, train problems probably due to the snow!

I just had a snowball fight with my dad and failed epically. He's such a good shot... :(

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

Coming back from the cinema tonight, hail stones showered the car and was heard over the radio.

I returned from Edinburgh to Manchester last night; was really worried about getting stranded in Edinburgh as nothing had been gritted but the fabulous rail service was only 5 mins delayed. Credit where credit is due o/

Everything seems to work better in snow in areas where people are used to dealing with it. Here there are no buses whatsoever and the trains are running to a special timetable but with 90-minute delays. I'm not sure it's worth me even trying to get to my meeting which will probably end up being cancelled anyway, and I'm not driving in this!

More snow here this morning. going to leave later this morning and try for a bus to work. Not much fun trekking as sure sooner or later I am going to fall 8O

Loads more snow in Cov, and STILL snowing, hope the trains are still running later, dont want to miss 30 seconds to mars concert!
