I've been to see it. Pretty much ties everything up from the first two movies. Less action in this one as a result, but still a good watch. I personally enjoyed the entire series.

So, I was aware of this when watching the movie, and I could see the scope for the series to continue.

Pending the results of this battle - perhaps we will see more of 'The Girl...' series.

I saw this today and whilst admittedly it's obviously freshest in my mind of the three, I'm sure it would genuinely be my favourite, too. I liked the fact that there was (slightly!) less violence and tension than in the first two films and a lot more narrative, even though those who've read the books (I haven't) say a lot has been omitted. Another solid 8/10 for me and coincidentally also the best of the three films I saw today.

As my train got cancelled and I was stuck in Aberdeen, I went to see this last night and having seen the previous two, thoroughlly enjoyed it. It is very long though at about 2.5 hours!

It nicely wraps up the story from the previous two andb it was nice to have the continuity in the sequels of the same actors all the way through. the only one I found hard to believe was her 1/2 brother, i thought he was a bit too Bond villainesque for the rest of the film!!

I'm not sure about Daniel Craig in the US remake, I think Michael Blomqkist is going to be hard to beat as is Noomi Rapace. Who have they cast as Lisbeth in the remake?

Anyway, if you've seen the first two go and see this to see how it all ends.

8/10 from me. A good tale, well told.

I think that's my problem with the 1st film, which I saw a few days ago, when I was expecting something with stronger narrative but instead got lots of violence and rape....

I hadn't thought of it like that, but yes, value for money it is!

Currently trying to deciper what East Coast trains website actually says about using my train ticket on another service as Scotrail are running trains from here to Edinburgh but East Coast aren't. I'm a lawyer so should understand it better than most, but it's clear as mud. I think I'll venture to the station and ask!!
