Brilliant letter, Preston. Sorry you had to write it in the first place but it strikes the perfect tone, well articulated, polite, and to the point. I hope they compensate you well.

So sorry to hear about your experience Preston1990 that is so rubbish, I totally agree with MrGlass.

MrGlass I read your review and know you are saying your prayers to Mr Sinclair I trust you drive a C5 as part of your worshipping ;)

OH and his friend went to see this at The Printworks and really enjoyed it courtesy of Wrigleys; it was perfect timing as I went to see The Kings Speech at the same time and venue and they finished within 10 minutes of each other. How can one cinema get it so wrong and one so right!!

Good luck with that, always worth sending in a complaint.

I've not had much luck with Odeon... Few years back when they messed up a screening, they were all very apologetic to begin with, but never sent me the guest passes they promised!

you should have followed it up.

1) Cineworld: West India Quays or Greenwich, 02, Vue Westfield - Stratford City or Picturehouse Stratford
2) Picturehouse Greenwich
3) Any central London cinema including Islington (excluding Shepherd's Bush, and Whiteleys unless it's some super duper cool film)
4) Odeon Greenwich or Odeon Surrey Quays

No, I have to concentrate on the road, I need to park it first then pray ;)
