I'm really pleased I went to see it. It was big, and it was pretty dumb, but ooh yes there was lots of action and I got caught up in it so the time flew by. I didn't understand a lot of the train talk, but it added authenticity. There were enough near misses to keep me on the edge of my seat.
I thought Denzel was excellent, and Chris Pine made a good, moody, handsome action-man. I liked reading in the closing credits what happened to the real life characters, and I thought they all got appropriately treated (I laughed at the outcome for the slacker who caused the whole thing to happen)
Surprised to be giving this 8/10
the thing I liked most about it was the fact that it was real stunt men mostly and not rubbish CGI
