I Went to Hatfield House today with the Mrs. It's only about 15mins from me but I'd never been before. Just visited park and garden as they were filming in the house and access was limited and also had a 2 for the price of 1 voucher for park and garden so only cost us £6.
It turned out they were filming

..Now at this point I'd like to say we met him, got his autograph, got invited to the orgy..I mean party afterwards, but alas no. (Good thing some might say)

Hatfield House has starred in quite a few films including Shakespeare in Love, which may be of interest to somebody around these parts.

Anyhow, really enjoyed the day, especially the 20 sculptures that are scattered around the gardens. Ended up doing a sculpture hunt, which was fun.
