Hi
My name is Rich, I'm 21, and a student in Sheffield although it's currently the summer holidays and so I'm living in Manchester at the moment.
I found fmuk after getting some tickets on SeeFilmFirst and then searching for more offers on google. I haven't yet been to any free screenings, but do have a couple lined up!
I love most film genres with the exception of Musicals and I'd say that Wes Anderson and Judd Apatow are my favourite directors.

Hi I'm Joanne from durham, 37, a single mum of one. I work as a wages clerk and also kept busy looking after the house and looking after the animals - who are worse than kids, have me up two and three times during the night. Love films especially free films just would be cheaper if pop corn was too!!! but manage to resist sometimes.
I was on the old site until it close and am also on MSE (it is my bible). Nice to meet everyone.

Welcome ellrond, lkpearson1 and jaydee36!!! We've been seeing alot of new members recently and as always, it's great to see so many people from all over UK introduce themselves here.
I hope you all enjoy it here getting to know us and also joining us at the movies!
Please read below what andrews wrote earlier in the thread that I've added again here, it pretty much summarises everything you need to know! :

To access free films, go to Free Films - where else? - and see if there is anything in your area.
Make sure you never chat in the Free Films Board - it's a no-no!
To receive e-mail alerts when there are new codes, click on the 'subscribe forum' at the top of the free films screen.
We are very friendly here, and always like to help new members. My best advice to you all is to keep posting, and become involved in the discussions. Frequent posters are preferred when swapping tickets. - see Wanted and Offered.
You may like to go to the regional boards and sign the guest book - other members like to know there's someone else in their area.
Another thing you may like to do is add your location to your username - go to the User Control Panel at the top of the screen. Click on profile on the left of the screen, then you will see some empty fields - add your location, and anything else you wish.
Above all, have a great time here. Enjoy all the free films!

Hi! I'm new-ish to the site but am only just finding my way around all the different boards and figured i should introduce myself! I'm 28 and i live in London. I'm also a MSE devotee, which is how i found out about this site. The last film i went to see was the Proposal which was absolutely hilaaaarious - would highly recommend it. Looking forward to seeing Julie & Julia in a couple of weeks. Was gutted to miss out on tix for Coco before Chanel but hoping to see it soon, as well as 500 Days of Summer which sounds amazing!

Hi I'm Emma 25 living in London. Thought I'd come say hello as I've just started exploring the boards and this seemed like a good place to start. Most recent films seen and pa*d for (sob sob) are 123 Pelham (which was excellent) and The Ugly Truth (which to my eternal shame I found hilarious). Going to see 500 Days of Summer next looking forward to it!
