1. 17th - Morning Glory 6/10. Typical chick flick. Predictable at times. What was going on with Harrison Ford's voice?
2. 23th - Tangled 9/10. Disney back at it's best. It will be a classic.
3. 31st - The Fighter 8/10. Christian Bale at his best. Loved the sisters.
Feb
4. 6th - Gnomeo and Juliet 9/10. Mindless fun. Enjoyed every minute
5. 13th - No Strings Attached 4/10. Too long and bored at times.
6. 20th - West is West 5/10. Long at times. couldn't sympathise with the main character.
7. 21st - I am Number Four 8/10. Not as action packed as trailers made out to be but good fun.
8. 24th - Animal Kingdom 7/10. Aussie film at it's best. Totally engrossed with the family even though it moved at a slow pace.
9. 28th - Chalet Girl 6/10. Nice British teen rom-com. Predictable but easy going. Totally unrealistic.
Mar
10. 1st - Inception 7/10. Not as confusing as I thought. Original story line. Let down by the length of the plot.
11. 1st - Toy Story 3 9/10. Awesome sequel.
12. 3rd - Rango 5/10 Disappointing. Some funny bits and owls were cool. Virgin Media rep was nice so extra point for her.
13. 7th - Hall Pass 8/10. Better than expected. Crude jokes galore
14. 15th - Limitless - 7/10. Enjoyable, original film.
15. 27th - Oranges and Sunshine - 7/10. Based on a true story. Well written and wonderful acting
16. 31st - Sucker Punch - 7/10. Go in with a low expectation and let yourself be taken in with the fantasy
April
17. 4th - Little White Lies - 6/10. Decent French film about love and friendship
18.11th - Your Highness - 7/10. The Princess Bride meets American Pie.
19. 21th - Arthur - 3/10. Remake of an original. Childish fun
20. 26th - Thor 3D - Highly entertained by it all. 8/10
21. 28th - Water For Elephants - Loved the magical setting. Pity about the acting. 5/10
May
22. 3rd - The Way - Wonderfully taken with the journey of the film and the evolving of each lead. 7/10
23. 8th - Hop - Russell brand is best not seen. One of the funniest film I seen so far this year 8/10
24. 8th - When We Leave (Die Fremde) - Story of woman who left her voilent husband only to be rejected by her family 5/10
25. 9th - Attack The Block - Teenagers fighting aliens. So ridiculous it was funny. 6/10
26. 12th - Pirates of The Caribbean 4 - Like the rollercoaster ride just let it take you on a journey 8/10
27. 31st - X-Men:First Class - Loved everything about this prequel which sets up the rest of the series 9/10
June
28. 6th - Mother's Day - Typical American try to scare you but failing. Predictable plot. All the best bits are in the trailer. 1/10
29. 7th - Bridesmaids - Funny crude plot from a female's view. 8/10
30. 28th - Larry Crowne - Predictable but likeable story about a guy who goes back to college. 6/10
July
31. 7th - Harry Potter part II - Last of the films and the best of the lot. 9/10
32. 28th - Captain America - Cheesy, American but fun 7/10
August
33. 2nd - Super 8 - Ok film which didn't quite hit the high standards. Awesome train crash and funny home made film 6/10
34. 7th - Rise of the Planets of the Apes - Actually better than expected. Apes were fantastic 8/10
35. 30th -Friends With Benefits - Better than No Strings Attached. Love Flash mobs. Predictable but likeable 7/10
36. 30th - Fright Night - Lacked in all departments. Tried to be too many things and missing all targets 5/10
September
37. 1st - Colombiana - Love the start of the film. So stupid mistakes made by expert killer but hey it is a film 8/10
38. 5th - A Lonely Place To Die - Bored.com. Didn't like it. 3/10
39. 7th - You Instead - Advertisement of T in the Park 5/10
40. 12th - 30: Minutes or Less - Could had been good but just a silly film 4/10
41. 14th - Tinker Tailor Soldier, Spy - great cast, old fashioned storytelling. Lack of action 7/10
42. 15th - Crazy Stupid Love - best rom-com this year so far. 8/10
43. 18th - Drive - Excellent paced of film which sets the tone of it. Awesome soundtrack 8/10
44. 19th - What's Your Number? - typical rom com. 6/10
45. 20th - Warrior - Two brothers, one father mixed in some MMA and you have one of the best films of the year 9/10
46. 21st - Tomboy - French story of a girl who pretends to be a boy to her new friends 6/10
47. 22nd - Virgin Shorts - 12 shortlisted films plus three others. Some good, some not so good. 5/10
48. 26th - Perfect Sense - Too arty farty for me. Brief moments of brilliance but couldn't save film that went nowhere. 2/10
October
49. 3rd - Real Steel - Good harmless family fun. Wee story amidst the action. 8/10
50. 5th - This is Jinsy - Not what I usually watch on tv. Non existent after party 2/10
51. 6th - Footloose - Good wholesome fun. Just like the original 7/10
52. 13th - Machine Gun Preacher - Biopic film about Sam Childers. Thought provoking 7/10
53. 17th - The Help - Did not disappointed at all. A wonderful story 8/10
54. 20th - Tintin - Loved the adventure from start to finish 8/10
November
55. 1st - Tower Heist - Not good but it wasn't bad either. Average script with average performances. 5/10
56. 3rd - 50/50 - One of the best films for me. Wonderfully acted out
57. 7th - The Awakenings - BBC film which was told well and had a wonderful twist. 6/10
58. 10th - Immortals - Typical Greek gods and mankind clash 6/10
59. 18th - Breaking Dawn Pt 1 - Last in the series split into two. Brighter and funnier than before 7/10
60. 21st - Moneyball - Baseball meets Statisics 7/10
December
61. 4th - Alvin and the Chipmunks - Typical chipmunks story. Mindless fun 5/10
62. 11th - New Year Eve - typical big cast with intertwined stories 7/10
63. 12th - The Artist - so so silent french film 5/10
64. 13th - Red Dog - Love the story of this dog tale. 7/10
65. 15th - Shame - Average sex film with not as much sex as I thought 5/10
66. 20th - MI:Ghost Protocol - Awesome comeback with good cast, great action and a storyline to boot 10/10
