Cant believe I am actually saying this...but...it was an amazing night!

I took 4 girls with me (14; 14; 13 and 11). We arrived at 5.10pm walked straight up to box office and exchanged our tickets for Red Carpet Tickets which had cinema seat allocations on. We then went straight into the carpet area and managed to get around 4 rows from front of horse shoe area. My girls were so excited at this point and I have to say so was I - just not for JB - but more for the atmosphere in there. Got some good photos from there also. Advantage of being tall lol. We were the lucky ones then being able to walk down the purple carpet. Like Superhero says, all the girls are hanging over screaming and so wanting our tickets (must admit was tempted to give mine up lol). My girls felt like celebrities! They got a photo taken with Craig David and also Amira from Eastenders (Preeya Kalidas) who was so lovely. We all then got interviewed by SKY so again made the girls night. Cinema was pretty busy. Had free popcorn and water. Film in my opinion was exactly what the girls wanted. 3D non existance in my opinion. Story quite good and music good too. Not my cup of tea but hey whose complaining when you have had a big night out for free and made 4 girls so so so happy. I will be posting my thanks to the very kind person that let me have their 4 tickets. I only managed to get 1 myself.

We went to see it today and got the purple glasses for my daughter! My daughter absolutely loved it and can't wait to go again. For me, it wasn't as toe cringing as I thought it would be. As a mum I enjoyed the footage of him as a youngster playing drums and guitar and just kept thinking awwww his mum must be so proud! It was interesting to see his story, how he got discovered on Youtube and worked his way up to selling out MSG. The bits with Usher in were the best 8-)

I'm glad my daughter is a fan, he's a nice clean cut kid with manners who adores his mum!

Me: 7/10

My daughter: 11/10
