:star: I wish cycling was safer in London. Before I moved here I used to cycle everywhere but I didn't have to constantly worry that I would get pushed against the curb (or worse) and that my bike would be dismantled or nicked altogheter while I studied, worked or went to the cinema! With all that cycling I didn't have to worry about weight much, either (or about public transport being unreliable) :star:

Is that so you can feed yourself lots of pasta and cheese whilst drinking their wines?! Just kidding.

I need to lose a few pounds. It is all the popcorn I am eating watching these films. Best get back onto running
:bwl: you are right on the button, gotta make room for all of this delicious food. The sacrafice this week is soooooo worth it (she says while chomping on bananas with skimmed milk)

Popcorn (Homer type drool) big temptation to eat it at free films as they so go together

Only reason I b*y popcorn cos I am getting to see the film for free. I didn't even bat an eyelid when I b*ght the large hot dog and juice on Tuesday cos I saw two films for free. My theory in losing weight is excerise more as I can't cut back on food. No matter how hard I try. Only problem is muscle tends to weight more than fat.

Well I ran the Leith Hill Half Marathon this morning and boy it was murder, hills, hills, hills, all rough and muddy terrain...so much fun and pain! The marshalls were evil "well done, keep going its all downhill from here!" LIARS...it was all uphill! There was such a great vibe though amongst the runners and because of the narrow paths through this hilly woodland, the maximum number of runners was just 360 to avoid congestion. Once we got to the top of the Hill, the views were spectacular, in think these are my favourite views in all my runs so far. I know I added 6-7 minutes to my time as I ran onto a wrong path and a poor fella behind me followed me, so we both ended up off the track! Once we realised it was an uphill backtrack! Have no idea what my time is yet though and forgot to turn on my runkeeper, I'll know later. But this was definitely a another progressive step for my marathon in 4 weeks time. Talking of which, I still need to book my Eurostar and hotel.

Oh before the race was a hilarious wife carrying race. I will try post up a video of this because your jaw will drop when you see how most of the guys were carrying the
wives/girlfriends. It wasnt your normal piggy back rides, it looked more like something out of a Kuma Sutra book...I shant elaborate!

Hope everyone is well and progressing with your own health and fitness goals :)

Edit: just saw my result 2:10 :) Pretty chuffed with that considering my stupid detour!

Do you have a VR headset? If so, maybe we can play a physical sports game or even be sports/fitness partners, hit me up if you keen.

i did the one thing i'd been avoiding for months. i weighed myself at the gym the other day. i've officially put on half tthe weight i lost. how depressing.

i worked so hard to lose that weight. i feel so ill these days in my mental and physical health i can't cope one more day. tomorrow i'm going to call the doctors.

Please don't as you are a lovely person and I love reading your posts and have noticed that you are having a tough time. You are amongst friends here and we are here to support you; I hope that your doctor is able to give you some help today.
