Hall Pass
Re: Hall Pass
It wasn't the best movie although it did have some funny parts. It isn't a film i would say to go and see in the cinema, something you could wait for on DVD rental or sky movies even!
I also saw it at Switch rather surprised at how full it was.

Re: Hall Pass
I went to see this tonight at trafford centre which was quite full. I found it very funny and would rate it 8/10, this is my type of humour. When it finished the majority of the audience got up to leave and I just sat there as I had read on here about the Stephen Merchant bit at the end, which I found very funny. Got a couple of friends going tomorrow 1 of which I think will enjoy, the other maybe not!

Went to see this film last night at The O2 Greenwich and it was in the Sky Superscreen. It wasn't overly packed to be honest, but it is a massive screen with loads of seats.
Thought it quite funny, but Owen Wilson didnt to me come across his normal funny self..... seemed duller if you get me.
Did laugh out loud a few times and at the one very very very funny moment in the bathroom ;-)

Re: Hall Pass
I've always thought the Farrelly brothers had a bit more heart than your average gross out movie makers and with that in mind I actually enjoyed the long set up to the Hall Pass week so we could get to know the characters. It was a promising start with quite a few laughs, but then didn't seem to know where to go from there.
Overall I enjoyed it, liked the leads and the friends - when they were in it, but agree that it did resort to cliche - the wacky pot scene for example.
A decent movie, definitely not one of their best and a touch long, but amusing enough.
If you're unsure whether to go it's maybe one to watch on DVD.

Re: Hall Pass
Went to watch Hall Pass at Surrey Quays and the Manager advised they had issues showing it, as the "Film was broken" (his words). However they were really good and said you can watch any film you like today and also gave as a set of free passes to watch it at a later date when it comes out, or use on any other film.
Opted to watch Unknown instead....Result as was waiting for this to come as a freebie on SFF, but never did.
All good though as got another chance to see Hall Pass today at Enfield.
