Well done, ejwrank, and I wish I had had the courage to do so. Normally I would not hesitate to offer some constructive criticism but I felt constrained this time by having benefited from a pair of free tickets; also by having "previous" for complaining about various aspects of the Curzon membership scheme! I hope you receive a positive response and am sure we'll all be interested to hear the outcome.

Fortunately this screening of Fair Game was a mix of freebies and pa*d for tickets so I felt I could complain (after all I might have been one of those people who actually pa*d for a ticket--they wouldn't know!). I thought it was worth writing as surely others must feel the same way and they will have to redo this cinema sooner rather than later if they don't want to go out of business.

On reflection I think plenty of customers are bound to comment/complain in person as they leave the cinema; also, thinking of those brutal drink-holders. Curzon will be jolly lucky to avoid claims for personal injury.

Good idea, Ms Thrifty! And as an American (and everyone knows we are litigation mad!) it is probably my duty to sue the Curzon Millbank for personal injury.

It took me back to a time where I was very angry and this event was part of the reasons why so it was kind of cathertic to see this story. It still pisses me off that they all basically got away with it. War criminals, the lot of them. Anyway, not a perfect film, but quite good nonetheless. 8/10

No, no response yet. Quite unlike the company who messed up with The Submarine screening and sent us to the wrong cinema. They wrote straight back, apologised and are sending me some DVDs to say sorry. I may write again to Curzon Millbank to nudge them into action.

Dear Jeff,

Thank you very much for your recent email, as a new cinema it is very important for us to receive feedback.

I'm glad that you enjoyed the Q&A, I was told it was an interesting discussion. I'm very sorry, though, that your experience was not satisfactory. I'm very aware of the limited legroom between the rows and also that the location of the cup holders does not help. We are actually currently working towards removing some rows so they can be better spaced and more comfortable.
I'm also very sorry that you found the screen cold. I was on site and checking this regularly before and during the show, so I am sorry if I got this wrong. As a new site there are teething problems such as this which I am working hard to improve. If you ever visit and find the temperature is uncomfortable, please do not hesitate to contact a member of staff and we can put it right.
Regarding the white walls, it is something that I hope to change in the auditorium, and thank you again for your comments. I appreciate all the feedback I receive as I am working very hard to make Curzon Millbank a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
