Couples Retreat

#1 Post by sarahjc78 » Thu Jul 16, 2009 10:19 am

Just seen this advertised.... looks pretty good, hopefully another one for SFF but not in the UK til October :O(

A comedy centered around four couples who settle into a tropical-island resort for a vacation. While one of the couples is there to work on the marriage, the others fail to realize that participation in the resort's therapy sessions is not optional.

from the IPC website http://www.ipcmedia.com/press/MARIE_CLA ... 88239.html

The screenings will continue in October with the romantic comedy, Couple's Retreat. Ticket registration for this will be available online in late September to coincide with the October print issue of Marie Claire.

edit: Phunkygal has pointed out to me that the print issue at the end of September will be the November one and not the October one that they state.

How do you all know which films make it to SFF? is this just years of experience?

Hope it's not another Bruno, doubt it'll be as big, yes the cast is solid, but it's not got the kind of buzz that Bruno had, yet.

Missed out on these... I didn't get my email notification, that's been happenning a bit too often lately, kinda frustrating! As it's still some way off, I'm optimistic that more tickets will become available.

I know what you were getting at, but because it's not got that kind of hype surrounding it it's less likely there's a mass wave of people grabbing tickets and then the system c*cking up.
