Just as good the second time. Lots of things for the kiddies to do. As it was in screen 2 at the Empire, less people so not too much queuing. The face paintings were a work of art, great detail of the blue macaw, and the photos superimposed on the Rio posters was great fun!

Lovely to see Sunny Saver and her family and little cousins. Was it one of them I heard saying during the film, that the bulldog looked like Churchill? :P. Also great to meet the-mental-one!

Sat at the back, and had a clear view as all the kiddies in front was hidden by the seats, bless! :D

Ahh we had face painters outside in the foyer of our screening too :)

Really enjoyed this film. Good family fun. I know it must have appealed to the adults because OH wanted to stay to the very very end after all the credits. I liked the first scene in the film. My little girl cousin said she liked it when they kissed. Typical girl, eh :).

The little cousins loved it. Last time I got them tickets its was to Yogi Bear but they said this one was 'hundreds, no thousands times better' and that was just when they were queuing for the balloons!!

I liked the face painting of the macaws etc. However, the little cousins were none too keen to get their faces 'dirty'. Felt a bit sorry for the balloon man though, he must have been knackered.

We had to fill in forms when we had our photos taken. I've only had mine taken at Santa Paws and we didn't then, so I hope this is not a new admin/H&S sort of thing that's going to take too much time.

Shame that they didn't have children's 3D glasses at Empire Leicester Square... the ones they gave my cousins were huge and there was no water nor did they give out Times supplements, which is a shame as I'm sure the cousins would love to see it again.

Argh, I promised them they could fill in the Sky feedback forms. They know it's very important, but nothing has arrived in our inboxes yet .

Scores from my family ranged from 8 out of 10 to 10 out of 10, so a big hit for us!

Lol! I just listened to the podcast. Yes, that was my name, but I didn't send it! My friend and I listen to the Kermode podcast religiously every Monday on our way to work, and we attended the screening together and had the very discussion I wrote on here. The only difference was I disagreed with the Vantage Point influence. I just felt Vantage Point was too shit to influence anything apart from violent vomiting. But judging by Kermode's "oh yeh, okay", I might be wrong. Friend must have sent that in and wasn't going to tell me about it until I had listened to the podcast. Well done, Valda, you ruined the surprise! :). I am pleased we have managed to invade the show though, even if I had no direct involvement. We should all send in our thoughts on Rio, and the person who gets theirs read out should be considered royalty for the week.

Face painting for the kids and popcorn and a poster on each seat at the Omni in Edinburgh but no bottles of water. I really enjoyed this film. Loved the colourful scenes, the music and the monkeys were very funny. Excellent family film.

Marjoreemarjora and I finally managed to met up with stuartboy who was sitting in the very front row. Lots of children but mostly well behaved. 8/10.

I liked this film, it did get a little bit stale in the middle I thought but I loved the dance sequences and the two birds (small tweety one and the fat one). I also loved the dog, even though he kept spilling his spit everywhere and on everyone! 7.5/10 for me.

sunny saver - there were vouchers to go again in the funday times suppliment that was on each seat with the bag of popcorn. my mum gave me hers and i'm taking my friends two little girls next sunday.

i thought the film was good, not great but i was half asleep!

i was actually more impressed at how well behaved the kids seemed to be! there was one who talked ALL the way through the film and her dad chatted back with her rather than saying they'd talk about it after... oh and someone seemed to have an Arial singing ringtone on their phone, which went off about 4 times :S But very impressed with kids! One sweet child behind me said.... "why is the dog dribbling so much?" hehehe sweet!

oh and my sister, my mum and i got our photo done and it's hilarious! i know it was supposed to be for the kids but we had a right giggle!
