Hello everyone ... I'm Helen from Flintshire.

I joined a while ago, but have just had an email reminding me to introduce myself to everybody.

Sorry I haven't posted on this forum, but I haven't managed to see any free previews since joining this site as my nearest cinemas (Wrexham Odeon and Chester Cineworld) don't seem to do them :(

just thought i'd introduce myself

currently living in newcastle and love a film that surprises me or if the director goes out of his/her way to try something new to surprise the audience

have been off the movie scene for a while and would love to get a few recomendations of decent films to see
seems everytime i go to the flix, price seems to increase on everything from a ticket to a bag of pop corn! so i will only tend to see a film if its been recommended cos i hate feeling robbed after a seeing a massively, media hyped film, then being totally let down. i remember will smith in 7 puonds did that to me ! and i love will smith's films usually!

cheers

James

I had never posted on any forum either until I found this one - and I suspect that there are quite a few of us ;)
Preferred cinemas:
Central London and North London as far north as the Hampstead Everyman including Picturehouse Hackney/Notting Hill Gate - but not Wood Green and North Finchley as they are just a bit too far.
