Brilliant letter, Preston. Sorry you had to write it in the first place but it strikes the perfect tone, well articulated, polite, and to the point. I hope they compensate you well.

MrGlass I read your review and know you are saying your prayers to Mr Sinclair I trust you drive a C5 as part of your worshipping

OH and his friend went to see this at The Printworks and really enjoyed it courtesy of Wrigleys; it was perfect timing as I went to see The Kings Speech at the same time and venue and they finished within 10 minutes of each other. How can one cinema get it so wrong and one so right!!

Thanks everyone for those kind words about my letter.
I left the odd spelling mistake and grammatical error in, so they would definitely know it was from me.

Good luck with that, always worth sending in a complaint.Preston1990 wrote:Yes, I've fired off tailored versions of that email to Wrigleys UK, Dazed Digital and the Odeon Customer Services department. I'll let you know if anyone responds.
I've not had much luck with Odeon... Few years back when they messed up a screening, they were all very apologetic to begin with, but never sent me the guest passes they promised!
