Have a fabulous meal (I forgot to mention that you have to do a 25 minute walk down the hill to town and the same back up while eating your ice cream in the midday sunshine) and thank you o/

Welcome back Mr Eagle ;) Well done on that impressive bike ride this morning - that certainly is dedication for you o/

Well said Biggins!

Preston, I think you need to give yourself treat days (like DIane has been doing, they're not huge, but you'll feel like you've earned it, which you have), just to take the edge off your 'journey' (I sound like a reality show, but you know what I mean). Don't forget the amazing things you've already achieved - this is a teeny tiny blip in the grand scheme of things.

That bike ride sounds horrendous (but well done!)... yesterday OH and I got soaked on our way home. Me from the knees down as I had a tiny brolly, OH all over... since I slow him down (I can't keep the pace I used to!) I made him rush home without me (took some persuading, the gent!) and though it seemed I was not too bad, my bag gave way about 2 houses from home. Lucky I was under a tree and not much damage done... so anyway, well done on that bike ride!

hello sweetie good to see you back here again. I'm doing great with myfitnesspal, not that I'm exercising yet. its quite fun filling out my food for the day and seeing what I'm achieving. You can get apps for it too.

Today I slept through 2 alarms and was an hour late for work. I was fighting a cold and feeling sorry for myself, I couldn't resist some stuff left over from some sort of do upstairs. I had some chocolate mousse, and some meringue with cream and berries  :shifty:

But I didn't go to the reception tonight at the Kensington Roof Gardens, so have avoided alcohol and lots of canapes etc o/
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

Glad that I'm not the only one who likes filling out things - my thing is weighing and measuring
If you've still got your cold please don't do your combat class as you are too lovely to put yourself under strain and the berries in the meringue have loads of Vitamin C which is good for fighting colds o/

Ah thanks vx I've still not reactivated my membership cos my knee has started giving out again. Its so annoying, if its not the knee its a shoulder then the back, then a knee again :wall:

As to the forms and weights, I'm really getting into weighing my stuff and entering it down on the site. It really does help
