Thank you anakin for your advice - I hate saying no but when I'm on a mission I really can't bear not to achieve my goals, I can be so driven at times I can't help myself.anakin wrote:Rawr: Do you like a stir fry? Lots of fresh veg with chicken / prawns / whatever - takes ten minutes tops, super healthy!
Diane: How about you say you'll text her as you leave giving her x minutes to be out of the door, but as you'll be 'at speed' you won't wait for her if she's not there as else you get a stich or something? If she's late, then tough. If she can't catch up, then tough. Otherwise you're just going to have to be honest with her...Or tell her you're so close to your target that you just can't bear to break your routine...
What do you like to eat Rawr_xoxo? Like anakin says stir fries are so quick. I just pan fried some beef which I marinated in holy cow garlic sauce, mushrooms, onions and garlic with the one cal olive oil spray and had it over a salad for dinner - it was really filling but that Holy Cow stuff was so hot my heart was going like the clappers but yummy and it took less than 10 minutes to do. Prestons curries are delicious, Biggins does some lovely clean meals (where you can really taste all the ingredients), I copy quite a few from yourself and everyone else on here. My favourite breakfast is the smoothies which were MsThriftys idea, Valda's granola and dinners are havingascreens thai curry and veg chilli.
