It says that the Chorizo is optional - Make sure that you use it if you can though, as it adds a lovely flavour, and it's not half as good without it! Oh yes, and don't overcook the eggs till they are hard and rubbery, like I did the first time I made this - you should be aiming for fluffy and kind of still runny.

Todays Meals:
1) Smoked salmon, low fat cream cheese, salad leaves in a toasted sesame bagel. Black coffee.
2) Roast Chicken lunch with stuffing and loads of veggies and yummy gravy.
3) Jacket potato filled with edamame, pea and wasabi dip and side salad.
4) Tea and toast and scraping of Marmite.
Exercise:
Nothing planned today - but maybe I'll jump on the Dual action trainer for 1/2 an hour if I'm feeling keen later on.
