I had really high hopes for this film, and was so excited to see it, however it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I thought it was really long and slow moving at times, which was a shame because it was a great story and a moving concept. Saying that I still enjoyed it, I just lost interest occasionally.

I loved this film, the acting was truly wonderful and the director kept to the book.
Great story making you think.
And even tho the film time was over 2 hours I never noticed due to being hooked on the story. o/ xxx

nix wrote:I finally saw it and honestly I was disappointed. Maybe I shouldn't have read the book which brought me to tears. The movie left me wishing I hadn't seen it. But I must admit I did laugh out loud in some spots but unfortunately no tears.

I understand what you are saying, I've read the book and its changed quite a bit, and also softened up and made a bit fluffier. I did enjoy it though, but no tears from me either vx
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks
