GODDAMNIT.
I hate you now.

Btw, in case you wouldn't have noticed, I really want to see The Muppets ('no wayyyy???') and I am going to get super heavy about it - this is only the beginning. So if someone happens to hear about a preview and talk about it here too late, or if someone has tickets they won't use and give them at the very last minute to a stupid kid who don't care, I will cut their head off and play soccer with it till it explodes like a meatball in a microwave.

Hey
So, I have a very stupid question, but want to be 100%: if the BFI makes a preview on the 26th (27th?), and if there are any other previews in other cinemas, will they take place the same week?
I just been hired for a job for whole January and have to chose a day/night off by tomorrow... and, obviously, as I don't want to miss The Muppets preview(s), I have to take my decision smartly. Right now. :(

No, it's for the LoCo Film Fest, and they want something special, so it's an early exclusive at the BFI.

I can't cause as it's a part time AND temporary job, I have to give one to three days off now, and respect the contract. Even if, obviously, I can get sick and everything.. But I want to work as much as possible as I need the money. Also, I don't want to ruin my chances to extend the contract as it's the first time I work for them (Royal Albert Hall!!!) so I prefer to take a decision right now....

Apart from press screenings there might not be any previews, except for maybe a sky one. It's a big enough film not to need any.

Well, I'll ask for a Friday, just in case... that's the day I'm doing the less hours... but if I don't see it I'll hang myself. With my hair.

In terms of free previews they're very unlikely to happen to a Friday. Monday, Tuesday, and sometimes Thursdays are the regular preview days (or a Sunday morning). But there's no way of predicting which date it would be if they'd have one at all. Isn't there a website that lists premiere dates? you're best finding out when that is and go for every comp going for premiere tickets.
