Haha, fair enough, Beate. What's wrong with your Avatar by the way? I can't seem to see it.Beate wrote:Sleep patterns are a problem when you are 40 - not 14.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.
Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

So Wierdie are you and your mates going to dress up and take wands? It will be mad to see the three of them as little tiny kids, and then grow up in 48 hours

Re: BFI all-nighter
You can go as Hermione! OK, just kidding. Alright how about a dementor...maybe Luscious Malfoy (I say that staring at Valda's boyfriend avatar).
Look forward to your vlog on the event, I know you will have an awesome time.
I am actually holding out in the hope that Empire will do a marathon of all 8 films culminating with the premiere of HP7 Part 2. They did it with Star Trek and Star Wars and I will do it again but this time I will do what I cowardly failed to do before, don a costume...and it will be as Professor Snape.

Re: BFI all-nighter
I don't know why but it took me a few good Google searches before I came across the Imax page for booking tickets to this HP All Nighter and already looks packed! Particularly for the 5-7 films, all the good seats are gone even if I wanted to convince my friend (who's also HP fan) to come. Standard and Premium seat is like £2.50 difference?! I can't believe there are that many HP fans or people willing to stay up 20 hours for 7 films! ahaha
Enjoy weirdfilms33
I hope that you will dress up and actually win something useful!

Re: BFI all-nighter
I think I'm going to dress up as Professor Quirrell. Despite having not seen the first Harry Potter in about five or six years I want to avoid having the same costume as someone else. Now, if only I can find a mask to stick to the back of my head....

Re: BFI all-nighter
Back from the first all-nighter. Went really well - I haven't seen the first and fourth films in six years at least. Oh, and I won the costume competition, yay!!! More detail and pictures to follow tomorrow morning, I still have another to go to tonight.

Re: BFI all-nighter
Justice at last! Congratulations, you should have won the Batman competition too. Look forward to your write up. Professor Quirrel...what a smart choice, no one would have thought of that bumbling deceptor. Do you have to dress up tonight too? This time go as the sorting hat....weirdfilms33 wrote:Back from the first all-nighter. Went really well - I haven't seen the first and fourth films in six years at least.
