My sister watched this last night as she grew up watching this on TV. She really enjoyed it and thought it was much better than Prince Caspian!

Chronicles of Narnia 4 in pipeline

The Magician's Nephew is the next of the books in The Chronicles Of Narnia to be adapted for the big screen, it has been revealed.

Liam Neeson and Tilda Swinton could be reprising their roles as Aslan and the White Witch in the story by CS Lewis, which tells how Aslan created the magical world and how evil first entered it.

Michael Flaherty, co-founder and president of Walden Media, told The Christian Post: "We are starting to talk to Fox and talk to the CS Lewis estate now about The Magician's Nephew being our next film.

"If we can all agree to move forward, then what we would do is find someone to write the script. So, it could still be a couple of years."

The first three films, The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe, Prince Caspian: The Return To Narnia and The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader, from the first three books to be written by Lewis in his series of seven, were described as a trilogy.

They followed Skandar Keynes and Georgie Henley as Edmund and Lucy Pevensie on several adventures in Narnia.

The Magician's Nephew tells the story of Digory Kirke, who was played as an old man by Jim Broadbent in the The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe, and his friend Polly Plummer stumbling into different worlds by experimenting with magic rings made by Digory's uncle.

Flaherty said: "I love The Magician's Nephew because it's a great origins story. You get to learn so much about where the wardrobe came from, where the lamppost came from, where Narnia came from."

^ i cant wait for the next one. I grew up reading, roald dahl, cs lewis, jacqueline wilson, jk rowling and have loved their adaptations. But narnia just seems even more magical somehow and their adaptations had been amazing
