Kung Fu Panda 2

I don't think the original was crying out for a sequel, but nevertheless I think it should be fun to watch

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the first one and while I wasn't craving a second per se but from what I've read so far it sounds really neat and I'm looking forward to seeing it!

I haven't seen the first one.

I shall have to see if I can track it down on sky in the next few weeks... I don't remember it being on sky movies though.

I really enjoyed the first one, more than I thought it would. It was on Sky Movies a while back, thats where I caught it, although have not seen it on there recently. Keep an eye out as I think they will show the original now that the sequel is coming out.

Synopsis:

http://www.kungfupanda2.co.uk/

In Kung Fu Panda 2, Po (Jack Black) is now living his dream as the dragon warrior, protecting the Valley of Peace, alongside his friends and fellow Kung Fu masters, the Furious Five (Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu and David Cross).

But Po’s new life is threatened by the emergence of a formidable villain who plans to use a secret, unstoppable weapon to conquer China and destroy Kung Fu.

Po must look to his past and uncover the secrets of his mysterious origins; only then will he be able to unlock the strength he needs to succeed.

The first one is one of my fave animated flicks (Don't punch me Brad Bird!), but despite the cast coming back, despite a script polish from the one and only Charlie Kaufman, I'm more than a little hesitant. It can't be any worse than Cars 2, right? (And I'm going entirely from the notion that a Cars sequel will be worse than the original, which was appalling)
Time will tell, but I'm not anticipating this at all.

I saw the trailer a while back and although I wasn't too keen on it, I still want to watch it because I had enjoyed the first one. Mainly because Jack Black is too hilarious. I think I've seen Kung Fu Panda once on Sky? I think it was on Sky anyways. Don't mind watching it again! I even played the game on Nintendo DS lolz quite sad. What's even more sad is that I missed out on the Sky tickets! I shall keep checking everyday (and night)!

I can't believe it people are complaining how good or not kung fu panda is!
Trust me as an adult, I have never laughed so much. The first one was brilliant and I expect the same from kung fu panda 2!
