We had a trailer for this before WTEWYE. I hadn't realised it's almost the whole group of actors as Bridemaids again. I'd noticed Jon Hamm and Kristen Wiig (as a couple this time) on the imdb page but hadn't realised that Chris O'dowd is back paired off with the bride from Bridesmaids too.

I managed to catch a special screening for this yesterday at the Soho Hotel, which was very, very comfortable. I had perhaps expected a little more from this film comedy-wise (after all, half of the cast were from Bridesmaids) but it soon became apparent that this lacked that films immediate funny. There were still laughs in parts, if rare, and although it was long, it was still perfectly watchable. To make it better, the first-time director Jennifer Westfeldt was there to take part in a fun Q+A. I tried to take some photos but my camera definitely wasn't on form.

Apologies for the quality, but here they are if anyone wants to see-

Many thanks to funthing29 who gave me the tickets, and my review will come soon.

I was at the Soho Hotel as well. Film was predictable but enjoyable...... disapointed that John Hamm didn't show
Preferred cinemas:
Central London and North London as far north as the Hampstead Everyman including Picturehouse Hackney/Notting Hill Gate - but not Wood Green and North Finchley as they are just a bit too far.

and me too at Soho Hotel

I wasn't that impressed with the film but wont comment yet. I felt really sorry for the director as the place wasn't very full at all. Front two and back two rows were empty. Actually the back rows were all reserved but no one came :(
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

I've managed to miss all 4 friday codes from totalfilm for this, but I suppose judging from people's reactions I am not missing much.
