Charlie St. Cloud

#1 Post by mattgad » Thu Aug 05, 2010 10:21 pm

Charlie St. Cloud is a young man overcome by grief at the death of his younger brother. So much so that he takes a job as caretaker of the cemetery in which his brother is buried. Charlie has a special lasting bond with his brother though, as he can see him. Charlie meets up with his brother (Sam) each night to play catch and talk. Then, a girl comes into Charlie's life and he must choose between keeping a promise he made to Sam, or going after the girl he loves.

Trailer:

Saw this advertised before Step Up 3D tonight - looks like it will be a good film, and I'm not really a fan of Zac Efron. Although it doesn't seem to get any good reviews on IMDB - but I'm not willing to read them and spoil it to find out why.

UK Release Date: Friday 8th October 2010.

Please could someone post instructions for how Sky non-subscribers can sign up for their preview tickets?

The link currently posted for The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud, even when I'm logged in, takes me to a page that says
"We can't sign you in to Rewards
To take advantage of Rewards from Sky, you need to be a Sky customer. Unfortunately, we're currently unable to match you to an active Sky account in our records."

On other occasions, the URL has taken me to a different login page, which as a non-subscriber, takes me to the page where I can get tickets.

Can someone please tell me how to get to the booking page? As each time I log in, it keeps saying tickets are only available for Tamara Drewe :s
