Absolutely incredible! Isn't Ryan Gosling like the coolest guy alive? Loved Emma Stone but wish she had more screen time! I also thought the story was very clever, the way it craftily inter-linked with the rest of the story.

I saw CSL in a busy Braehead tonight. Like Beate, I enjoyed the film, just what I needed to lighten mood. As well as the actors detailed in Beate's review, Josh Groban gave a credible performance. I'm not sure why he wants to act though given he is a great singer.

I would recommend CSL for a pleasant evening out!

I must admit I thought this was going to be another predictable rom com but I was pleasantly surprised. It really was very funny and original. My daughters loved it and would probably give it a 10/10.
There was a lot of laughing in the cinema other movie goers sounded like they were really enjoying the film.
Big thumbs up!

Was at Braehead tonight. Forget they do the whole exchange your eticket for two proper tickets at the ticket box but we did get 2 for1 vouchers so all good. Saw Cheeksdevil first with OH and then MGellaty joins us as she was skiving from her normal life.

Loved the film though at times I did think it was a bit too long. There were certainly lots of "moments". I thought the script was wonderfully written though the ending was tied up too quickly and too neat for it to be real life. Some great funny lines and nothing too crude which makes a rom com. All the characters were likeable even Jacob the cad. 8/10

Saw this at Apollo, love this cinema.

This was such a good film, well scripted, well acted, funny moments, great chemistry between the actors, not too slushy! Yep, enjoyed this one a lot! Great story, lots of twists that I just did not expect. Julianne Moore, Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Kevin Bacon, Analeigh Tipton, Jonah Bobo, they were all good! Was Ryan Gosling the same guy as from Blue Valentine, just loved him in this!
Jonah Bobo, another cute child actor, they seem to have a stock of them!

A clear 10/10 from me and my friends! And great company again with a_person, milkchocmonkey and celini. Nice to see soonforgotten, holding up the front as usual! :P

That's four good films in a row, in the last four nights, must be a record! o/

Yes, its the same guy from Blue Valentine. Isn't he great! I think he is one of the best newcomers if you can call him that, he's been around for a while.
Really enjoyed the movie and would love to see it again. I was laughing out loud and I must say I am not a huge fun of comedies – most of them simply aren’t funny.
