Re: The Help
Saw this yesterday morning great acting by Emma Stone in a moving and powerful film, brought a tear to my eye at times.

Re: The Help
Watched this at a packed Trafford Centre this evening. It was in the tiny Screen 4 !! Lucky we got there in plenty of time so not a problem for us. Really enjoyed the film, brought a tear to my eye on more than one occasion.

Re: The Help
Saw this in Leicester Odeon on Sunday, slight problem at the start when the movie wouldn't play in the projector, they moved everyone to another screen, everyone moved like there was a fire in the building just to grab a good seat in the other screen.
Great film although slow beginning, really enjoyed it.

Re: The Help
Finally got to see this movie last night at Kensington
Fantastic but moving film.
Have also learnt the ultimate revenge. Lol.
I loves the character of the old lady too.(sissy spacek). She was so funny. And kinda reminds me of my nan.
One of my favourites so far. Even made me shed a tear or two.

Re: The Help
I thought this was one of the best films I've seen in ages - well acted and very moving - even moved my 15 year old to tears!

Re: The Help
Absolutely great movie. I haven’t read the book so can’t compare, but the film was extremely moving especially since it wasn’t that long ago that this was an everyday reality. Loved Sissy Spacek!
Re: The Help
Having read the book I didn't enjoy the film quite so much as I thought I might.
Re: The Help
The Help scores 10 out of 10 for me. Really well acted and found it incredible how they could
joke and laugh about things amidst what must have been so horrible and demeaning. My wife
read the book first and thought it was very truthful to the book.
