don't even ask me what i ate over the weekend! (ok ok, 3 doughnuts, 6 slices of pizza, drank god knows how much JD).

i'm SO hungry today! i've had all bran, water, green tea, a carrot with some humous, a sausage sandwhich on wholemeal and i'm flipping STARVING!! i only have a fat free yougart, some pepper w/cottage cheese to get me through the rest of the day at work!

HELP! I'm worried i'll end up at the vending machine - which I hasten to add i've not used once in the 3 months i've been here!
STEP AWAY FROM THE VENDING MACHINE...you don't need all that crap clogging up your system Aruif.

I'll bet someone has a spare apple/orange/pear hanging around you could add to your yogurt. Pepper dipped in cottage cheese will be nice.

Tomorrow, take some pitta bread or nuts to snack on.

You're doing really well o/

You can do it ariuf!

Drink more water to fill you up - and try telling yourself that all these cravings are just habit rather than hunger. I have been reducing my portion sizes and had convinced myself that I was hungry... but gradually I realised I wasn't.

Otherwise, have you tried snacking on nuts? A handful is good for you and you can just pick at them. Another option is PLAIN popcorn. No sugar / salt / butter. V low in calories.
"Oh, sweetheart, you don't need law school. Law school is for people who are boring and ugly and serious. And you, button, are none of those things." - Legally Blonde

Preferred cinemas: Most Central London, Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage, Islington, Holloway and West India Quay, Greenwich (O2 / Odeon only) or Stratford City if there is nothing else!

Seen free in 2012: Jan: Margin Call; J. Edgar; Like Crazy; Carnage; Young Adult. Feb: The Muppets; The Best Extotic Marigold Hotel; Safe House; Project X; Beginners. March: 21 Jump Street; We b*ght a Zoo; Wild Bill; John Carter; Wanderlust; Street Dance 2;The Hunger Games; [The King's Speech]. Apr: The Hunger Games; Battleship; Salmon Fishing in the Yemen. May: What To Expect When You're Expecting; MIB3. June: [We Will Rock You] July: Ted; Seeking a Friend for the End of the World; The Dark Knight Rises; Brave. Aug: The Bourne Legacy. Sept: Lawless

you can still have the veg but not so much. I had a good weekend, I didn't go out the house or get dressed so no temptation at the cut price counter in Tesco's.

I like there little weight trackers, gives you some sort of pleasure watching it go down.

Well done with the not smoking, Valda, apart from the little blip (28 December must have been a very stressful day for you) and keep up the good work!
