don't even ask me what i ate over the weekend! (ok ok, 3 doughnuts, 6 slices of pizza, drank god knows how much JD).
i'm SO hungry today! i've had all bran, water, green tea, a carrot with some humous, a sausage sandwhich on wholemeal and i'm flipping STARVING!! i only have a fat free yougart, some pepper w/cottage cheese to get me through the rest of the day at work!
HELP! I'm worried i'll end up at the vending machine - which I hasten to add i've not used once in the 3 months i've been here!
I'll bet someone has a spare apple/orange/pear hanging around you could add to your yogurt. Pepper dipped in cottage cheese will be nice.
Tomorrow, take some pitta bread or nuts to snack on.
