Diane, I agree with TCMMrGlass - a stone is a huge achievement, don't play it down. WELL DONE!!! I'm the same with cakes. I decided today would be a new week and no cakes and I'm already losing the will (boss with the bakery has brought goodies in and I've yet again had no breakfast...) MUST RESIST!
TCMMrGlass, wow, also WELL DONE to you! You sound as though you're losing weight the right way, so though there doesn't appear to be reason to be concerned, I'm sure your doctor will be able to advise best. Great advice from Valda. And it's free! Ha! 24oz of milk!? Yikes. I barely drink enough water, let alone milk!
