I make my own pack lunch at night (can be pretty hard to do that in the morning unless I'm really disciplined to get up earlier!). You know, after getting Valda, Diane, and yourself's perspective, I feel mighty silly for being concerned about my progress! Funny how the mind works, can be too self critical or paranoid at times. I just also realise, I do weights as part of my exercises and steadily able to go higher resistance. Now if I was losing muscle, I wouldnt be able to do that, would I! Thanks for the encouragement.
