I can hand on heart say that that has never happened to me and I hope that you managed to recover from such a dreadful situation

I think that I would need medical advice if I didn't finish a dessert
Well I got up bright and early and started my DVD at 7.15am before I had my breakfast as still plenty of energy left from the carvery food last night - I must have had too much as the DVD is just short of an hour and I still had a tiny bit of energy left.
Menu of the day:
Smoothie with a banana and strawberries (250 calories) This seems to be my weekend breakfast now and I'm going to sit out in the garden with it reading my book with the gorgeous Liquorice who is already sat on the bench.
Mexican chicken (out of a packet), rocket and tomato sandwich and melon (400 calories as bread alone is 220)
Asda good for you Jalfrezi and jelly (400 calories)
Saving 150 calories for my theatre trip to watch Carousel with my lovely friend akh43 who has invited me as her guest as we are in a box and they serve us drinks and nibbles so would be sad not to have some.
What's everyone else doing today?

You are probably right about not being able to eat as much but it also fills me with dread at what Preston1990 will be teasing me about next

First it was the Wagon Wheels, then creme eggs, then the maltesers, the weighing table and my chubby arms, then the carvery

(I wonder why I put the weight on in the first place? There seems to be a common theme - I quite fancy a creme egg now but I'm just off to make my gorgeous smoothie which will be much nicer and healthier

)
