WooHoo!! Way to go Biggins!!

Why not get yourself a weightloss ticker and start it from the date before you lost weight - that way you will be showing all of the progress you've made since you started. Here's the link you (and anybody else who fancies one) need:

Seeing the pointer thing progress against the chart really is a great motivator.

Seriously, your smoothie does sound special - now I just need someone to make one for me.
Smoothies are so cheap and easy to make - My earlier waitrose link lists all the ingredients and proportions - I wouldn't bother with the antioxidant if you are going to use it straight away. Here's a clue as to why I didn't make this particular one myself:

Diane always says "we are going to be so tight and toned this summer!"

I can allready do the "Tight" - just need to concentrate on the "Toned" now. :D

What!!!! Never in a million years Diane - I think you are having us on!! Do you think no-one reads your stuff so you are checking to see if anyone does by posting something bizarre!! Please explain yourself girl. ;)

Preston1990 wrote:Well done everyone for doing so well. Got to agree with MsT, Diane - must be you getting used to not eating more than you need and becoming healthier! Soon enough, your carvery visits won't actually be treats and Preston will have to stop teasing you about them!
I never said that  Would you want me to let anakin down? (She would kill me)

Also, I will never stop teasing you about your Carvery visits - it's for your own good!! and I made a pact with you remember.

Muahahaha - watch this space!! :D

I've just cut the front and back lawns again, it doesn't seem like five minutes since I did it last time - the grass don't half grow fast in this good weather! Time for a refreshing vat of ice cold water and a sit in the sun before the exercise bike methinks! :D

Normally, it's good advice to drink lots of water, but not it would seem for those amongst us who frequent a certain chain of eatery. 8O
